Been coming here since I was a kid, comforting and tasty food. Service is good and the menu keeps updating every year so you always can try something new.

Decent food selection and taste. Wait for the weekly specials which are changed rather often. There’s the Hock Lam Beef Noodles that’s only available on Sunday evenings.

Poor, no communication between guard house n restaurant. We check with guard and he say restaurant is open for public. After we got the que number, settle down, decide what to eat and order with the waitress..... We found we cannot eat there because we are not members?? So it open or not open for public??

Happy to visit this place with friends. We spent wonderful time there with nice lunch set and tea. It’s cozy so we can stay there and chat happily❤️

Service as usual, 5 stars. Very family oriented and accommodative. It was obvious that they were understaffed but every single staff gave their best. We volunteered to self help as well. If it's not for the service, it will be a 1 star father's day experience. Food wise - We ordered the father's day package and it was bitterly awful. Those who have tried will know what I meant. • Szechuan Chicken & Crabmeat Thick Soup - 1 star, very diluted and weird taste • Braised Pork Knuckle with Mushrooms - 1 star, undercooked and bland • Steamed Cod with Superior Sauce - passable • Spinach with Mushrooms & Sea Scallops - 1 star, again weird taste • Prawns with Chilli Egg Sauce - probably the best but 1 prawn per person • Fragrant Steamed Rice • Guiling Gao - not served at all and we also forgot about it. Fortunately we also ordered 2 servings of curry fishheads and they made up for the disappointment. Clearly the father's day set meal dishes were prepared by amateur. Hope they take my constructive feedback for improvement

Our favourite place to go. Food choices are great and taste superb too. Most of all, the staff are super friendly, helpful and really great all round.

[Updated Jun 2022: Restaurant is now a full seating capacity hence waiting time is much much shorter.] A cafe for Chinese Swimming Club club member only. Delicious and cheap and great service! I come here once every three months to use up my member's dining credit. Limited ala carte menu on Sunday when they serve buffet lunch. Local delights are really very good! Laksa, prawn noodle, chicken rice, sliced fish noodle, beef noodle... and more! Seriously spoiled for choice!

Ordered take away last week for prawn noodle soup and chicken steak. The chicken is done well and tasty. But the soup for the prawn noodle seems to be missing the shallots and thus the soup lacks the usual prawn noodle taste. The prawn is also overly cooked, quite disappointed.
