β β β β β The PRC service recovery was good. My Original Recipe Rice Bowl was the last bowl of the night and the sauce made my rice totally soggy and wet. Cheese fries were just dumped 1 side with the mayo and cheese like no interest on work. Original recipe chicken thigh with blood. What is wrong with KFC's standard???

β β β β β This time better than last ! Prompt service and no mix ups and came with pleasant service. Quite packed during breakfast and were lucky to get a table as Covid distancing 'wasted' several tables.

β β β β β Always a satisfying 2 pcs crispy chicken meal with root beer. But would have been better if the one serving told me bout the 5 bucks voucher deal for 3 pcs chicken. 3 drumsticks pcs meal would be 6 stars from me. O my.

β β β β β Order takeaway from online, waiting time is 15 minute, i come after 20 minute and theres nothing prepare and told by them need 10 more minutes for waiting. This is 9:39pm now theres no queue, only few tables eating so im not sure what im waiting for. I tot kfc are fast food, i think im wrong because the total waiting time is 30+ minutes.

β β β β β I had the baconized turkey zinger box, and it was overly done. KFC is fast running out of ideas.
The sitting capacity was miserable, but I guess that was due to the recent SMM incident at Far East Plaza.
Very sad that they are out of fries, and the waffle hash was just TERRIBLE - made of mostly flour and little potato, soaked in oil!

β β β β β Fast service even during lunch periods on a weekend. I find that the service in the parkway branch is generally faster than other outlets. Also, the place looks relatively clean and modern for a fast food restaurant. For the food, it's KFC and it's about the same as everywhere else.

β β β β β Always a special place here. Please consider adding a higher separating divider between the two restaurants KFC and bk. Customers from bk seem to stand near the cashier counter next to kfc diners when they are eating. Itβs uncomfortable in a sense. Have more tables like a long bench facing the walls to make full use of the space during full load.
