Mandarin charge monthly so you don't have to commit for long term contract. there are also no deposit. there are also prepayment options with discounted rate for 1 month should you choose to opt for 3mth or 6mth prepayment. This place looks quite new. With both Aircon and non aircon facilities.

Only for short period storage, do not plan for long!
