β β β β β Sound system is good. However, beware if your friends arrive 1 to 2 hrs later, they will still be charged for the 1-2 hrs hours they missed out. The early group was not informed during check-in.
If you happen to have food items with you (not meant to consume at their premise), they will insist you deposit with them at their counter; until you comply, you will be refused entry. Most people probably won't feel comfortable leaving their food items with strangers.
Service staff's attitude can be improved.

β β β β β There were nine Manekineko in Singapore alone. From Manekineko Central, Bugis, Toa Payoh up to Marina bay you can find these exciting new generation relaxing "spa" for youngster or adult alike. For those not familiar with Manekineko, think about Kbox. Oh now i get it. Yes, Manekineko is a place to hang out, eat and sing your heart out. If you' afraid that your unbearable voice would caused a scene or maybe a riot then don't worry much because you'll find someone as unbearable as you or much worse. But hey, all you have to do is clap and everything would be fine. Besides affordable buffet, there's also meeting hall, vip room and pool table. Kudos for the brand that soon making its way to Malaysia.

β β β β β Friendly staff and often not crowded during morning sessions. However, it's very frustrating to find that there are a lack of English songs available on the system. What's more surprising is that since the system upgrade, the number of English songs is reduced even further. Please improve on the number of English songs available...

β β β β β We chanced upon this venue while exploring Bugis+. It had many rooms for couples to large groups, and offered a variety of weekday and weekend packages. Service staff were very friendly and helpful.
We decided on a two hour deal with free flow of non-alcoholic beverages included. The room was cozy and clean. The system was entirely online and songs were easy to access and manage via a smart phone or tablet.
We enjoyed the large mix of songs and look forward to our next visit when passing through Singapore.
