When down to Battle bunker to purchase some HeroClix, was greeted by (Daniel) extremely Pleasant with the service there warm and friendly welcome and my experience there was fantastic great place 100% would recommend again Thank you to Daniel, my experience there was so much more enhance because he was helping me out all the way, I would definitely come and visit again??

Rating varies in terms of your reason for patronising this shop. 1 star if you are looking to purchase card related merchandise (e.g. Pokemon trading cards, sets, etc.) For some reason, they mark up and sell the sets significantly above the recommended retail price. There have been several complaints in the past by customers who didn't bother checking up to get a sense of the retail price. You may wish to consider TOG which is few floors up, for trading card games. 4 star if you need a place to hang out and play games. During peak hours, it is often fully booked. It is convenient, their drinks are reasonably priced. I've appended a photo of their space usage policy, accurate of Jan 2018. The only issue is that their policy isn't the most flexible, but it's really up to their provocative to set them (however ill thought it may be.) Some customers are upset that buying a game doesn't entitle the group to play. Each person either produce a receipt or purchase a drink. The logic from the consumer end is that some of these games aren't cheap, so they feel there is no need to buy drinks on top of that. But, it's their establishment, so it's really up to them on how they want to moderate space use. 3 star for games. Given feedback, they have since placed pricing on all their games on sale. Previously, there was no price tags on all of them and you had to ask their staff to check the price for every.single.item. That said, their game pricing isn't the most competitive, so I'm only willing to pay if I'm gonna to make use of the space immediately to play the game, or out of convenience. After all, I don't expect their rental to be cheap given the prime location of being in Bugis Plus at a decent floor and opp. of Liho.

Bought games from here few times only. Today visited again and the staff just sitting far behind at the couch and playing phone,guess their business has gone big now, din buy anything and left eventually

Went down to purchase the Exploding kittens expansions, Sarah who was working the counter at the time was both patient and knowledgeable about the game and the many questions i had about the available board games they had. Definitely worth a visit!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of board and table top games as well as accessories. Highly recommended.

Wide variety of games available, slighty expensive for buying a game, but renting normal game for 1 hour only cost me 10 dollar (for a small game. I played tgt with my bf so it only cost us 5 dollar per person) . It is really cheap and worth to rent and play a game here. There is more games to play and some game's rent fee might be more expensive. Overall its a good place for playing board games together with friends.

As a boardgames lover, this place is heavenly. It has many popular boardgames and staff allows you to browse without any hassle. It's also a place where you can meet your friends to try out a game.

My opinion of this place has unfortunately gone down over time. Came just before started getting busy again after circuit breaker and had a long conversation with the owner and the service I received was amazing. Very personable with in depth explanation of games and wide selection at a reasonable price with some deals and discount to be had also. Was also explained a “loyalty” program for people who spent a decent amount. I bought 3 board games on the day and thought I’d found a shop I’d come back to and purchase from again. However, not sure if it’s just temporary but going there last few times recently the prices seemed to have been marked up and although have not asked as many questions as the first time the customer service is merely just “polite” without going to extra mile. Perhaps their business plan has now changed to making more from people coming in to borrow and play the games in store (which I don’t tend to do as like to own the games) which is why they are ok to sell the games at a marked up price. So, if you are one of those people who are coming in for that then perhaps this is a good place for you (cannot comment). So although I would be happy to pay a premium (up to 30pct even) to support a local store and receive a good customer service I can’t justify paying up to 50pct extra vs the next place.....
