I recall the first time I met Marcus. It was on a dive trip in 2018. Since then, we grew closer as friends. And in 2020, he became my financial consultant. Since that dive trip, over the next 2 years, I was not interested in purchasing any financial products and he respected that boundary. If I had a question about my current insurance plan’s coverage, he would give me his objective and unbiased opinion about; Bearing in mind that my current insurance plan was underwritten by an agent he did not know. It was because of my experience with Marcus, and the increased coverage of the plan he was offering, that I finally decided to purchase this insurance plan. This experience with him would mark my venture into the world of finance. Under his guidance, I learnt about financial planning and how financial instruments work. I decided, again after careful deliberation, to purchase an investment plan under him to safeguard my retirement. With my newfound confidence in financial markets, I would later open a brokerage account to invest in individual stocks. For his tireless commitment to safeguarding my financial interests, and his sincerity as a financial advisor, I am proud to call Marcus one of my closest friends and confidant. -Royce
