Took my parents for Father’s Day and really enjoyed our experience. First off the place is gorgeous - one of the more beautiful restaurant settings in Singapore! We were really full midway through the meal, so the staff suggested that we take a stroll through the flower dome ahead of dessert. It was like having our own private magical garden! Being able to do that was just incredibly special. The food was also yummy. It was lighter on the palate (lots of fresh seafood like crab, sea bass, prawns) than a lot of the Michelin restaurants, and that really suited the garden surrounds. The highlight for us was the toothfish (Chilean sea bass) that had been aged, and the hay smoked duck cooked two ways. My parents said it was better than Eleven Madison Park in NYC when it was ranked fifth in the world. So that’s saying something! Last but not least, we really liked the staff. They weren’t pretentious and just had a ton of heart. They clearly just really wanted us to have a good time and were just incredibly sincere, heartfelt and lovely. They didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked to take away the bread so we wouldn’t waste - they even included a fresh loaf of bread for us to take away! And when we were really full they suggested we take a walk through the flower dome ahead of dessert (which we really wanted to do but would’ve been embarrassed to ask if they didn’t suggest it). And throughout they were just really kind and helpful. We’d come back for the team alone!

This is a restart of the old restaurant Pollen. The format of the tasting menu is the same as before. Most of the food is very good. It is a nice touch that water and coffee are included. And if you are hungry, just ask for an extra bread. The price is a bit too high for what you get so four stars. Be sure to visit the flower dome prior to eating. In fact that is a good reason to visit the restaurant midweek when the dome is less crowded.

The chef has a Michelin Star from the time he was in Shanghai. Restaurant has a great team of servers and chefs and it was a wonderful Sunday lunch in a very relaxing setting. Get a buggy to pick you up from the main drop-off area at the entrance to Gardens by the Bay, and after lunch take a walk thru the flower dome. β—‘Μˆ

Hits and misses. Nicest were the mushroom pudding thing and fish. 1 - Some fruit jelly wrapper with apple and Comte. Nicest out of the amuse bouche, rest were kinda ok. 2 - Ok. Not very sure crab and meringue really works as a combo. 3 - Was ok. Came with picture 2 and tastes very green lol. 4 - Nice mushroom pudding thing with morels, peas(?) and something that tasted like Chye sim stalks. Tasted very Chinese lol but I liked it. 5 - Noodles made out of prawn(?) were kinda weird. Prawn seafood bisque stock thing was nice though. 6 - The nicest dish of the night. Some fish I can’t remember with passion fruit foam and very very thinly sliced black abalone (is this as expensive as a truffle, is that why it’s so thin?). Perfectly cooked flaky fish. Foam is nice. 7 - Rather solid duck I guess. But very normal flavour profiles. 8 - My table of 5 did not like blue cheese and I ate 4 pieces of the blue cheese macaron lol. 9 - thought this was ok. Strawberries were a bit over processed.

Very memorable dinner here. Very delicious and delicate food and amazing vibe! I can say this is one of the best fine dining in Singapore. The staff are very kind and sincerely caring. But the main course can be polarising. I don’t like salmon and duck much. Except the main course I enjoyed a lot. If you visit Singapore and wanna enjoy a fine dining, this restaurant should be a good option!!! Very unique and pleasant restaurant!

A GREAT and MEMORABLE experience in a venue that allows you to leisurely stroll the Flower Dome before enjoying your meal. The entire meal was excellent; warm, with genuine hospitality, and well executed by Chef Michael, GM Ashwan and their team. All the dishes on the menu I had were delicious - showcasing ingredients prepared with great, but subtle, technical proficiency. I HIGHLY recommend a beverage pairing to enjoy your meal to the fullest extent. The beautiful, well-balanced and matched temperance pairing is a definite must for anyone that does not imbibe (or is driving). I really look forward to visiting again in the future.

The seven course menu we took here on a Sunday evening was simply amazing. It is a two to two and a half hours experience, in which the first few courses come in the first 30 minutes so that you have a good 90+ minutes left for the main dishes. Chef Michael served a dish himself, a true sign of an engaged and involved chef to his customers. Our main table host Ernest was a true delight. The most friendly and patient man, with some very good advice around which wines to drink. The starters are fantastic, particularly numbers two (diver scallop) and four (watermelon). Also the heirloom carrots with marigold are incredible, but actually so is the eel, the salmon, the duck and all of the rest. This was just a 10/10 experience and one I honestly don't want to compare to some other 1* restaurants in Singapore, as this is how it should be! Perfect!

Fancy restaurants located in touristy areas have a reputation for being rip-offs, but Marguerite is anything but! Came here on Valentine's and ordered the non-vegetarian menu. We thought every dish was well-executed; for us the standouts were the amuse-bouches (the foie gras cone and uni & scallop tart!!), the duck neck sausage and both dessert courses β€” you wouldn't think that sunchoke gelato topped with shavings of truffle and coffee oil would work, but it was amazing. We also tried the non-alcoholic pairing, which in my opinion was just okay considering its $88++ price tag. The jackfruit kombucha was interesting though! All in all, a sublime experience. My partner feels this place deserves a Michelin star :') I make no such bold assertions, but I would highly recommend it for a special occasion β€” the ambience at the Flower Dome is lovely too!
