I have been visiting this dental clinic for 3 years. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the dentists (Dr Derek Tan and Dr Chi) are very talented and amazing in what they do. My dentist, Dr Tan, truly shows genuine concern in his patients and takes the time to answer any questions I might have, and helps me make decisions on procedures and treatments. He does a great job. The location is very convenient. It is located at Marina Bay Link Mall (exit B from Downtown Mrt station). Another plus, I did not even feel a thing during any of the procedure. Their level of professionalism is above average. Dental office is very clean, modern, and have state of the art dental equipments. It is easy to book appointment and they will call a day before as reminder. I would highly recommend Marina Bay Dental.

I work in the CBD so this office is really convenient for me. It also doesn’t hurt that the dentists are wonderful. Dr.Tan is very attentive and thorough and my kids adore Dr.Chi. If you’re looking for a dental practice for good long-term care, then this is definitely the place to go.

Marina Bay dental is the best place to goto for your dental problems. We always dread sitting on the dentist chair thinking about the discomfort and pain.. but its very different here.. Dr. JESSICA CHI is simply amazing.. below are a few pointers on why you should choose to go to her...1. As soon as you meet her she puts you at ease with a warm smile and some friendly banter. 2. She will always ensure that you are at ease during any procedure, giving you proper breaks in between to rest that open jaw.. 3. She will always take pics pre and post a procedure to show the condition of the tooth.. which is also a sign of the great work she has done. 4. If any procedure is expensive she will discuss with you at length on possible options. 5. She also has an amazing and friendly staff to help her out. Dr. Chi has been my dentist for about 3 years now. She does the cleaning and polishing herself and has always gotten every bit of plaque and stain removed. One time she spotted a small filling that had fallen out and she replaced it in a flash. In the early years there were some appointment mix-ups by receptionist, but no problems since. Overall, I’m very happy and would recommend her to discerning customers who appreciate quality dental care from a US trained DDS.

The staff is friendly. Dr. Tan is very professional. He explains what he will do, takes before and after pictures of your teeth. I can recommend this clinic

Working around the area, managed to slot in last minute thanks to the recept. Dentists are experienced, less to no pain during treatment. Better than my previous experience at other clinics.
