It's always a pleasure to visit this clinic. Dr Natalie Lee,Annie and the staff are professional, courteous and friendly.

Great experience at FH MBFC under Dr Amanda Lee, Annie and Shafrina. Service was good throughout the whole process and the doctor was thorough in the possible diagnoses as well as treatment options.

Salsabil is a very professional nurse who takes care of her patient diligently. A very friendly person who treats patients with respect. Kudos to Fullerton for having such a great nurse.

1 star for the friendly staff at the counter 1 star for the neat and clean environment 0 star for inpatient Dr. Raj. I think he was hurry up to end the session so he could go for his lunch.

(Previous comment was deleted!) BAD telemedicine experience with their doctor Moses Loh (MBFC), who was RUDE during my entire consultation in August. Please train your doctors to be patient-oriented! Not only was he 5 minutes late to the call, upon entering the video chat, there was no greeting but he started off by demanding me to show him my NRIC card repeatedly! He stopped when I’ve shown and jumped straight into my symptom - which made me felt like an interrogation session. The consultation was ended within 2 minutes with surface diagnosis of my conjunctivitis. Service felt like a time slot where additional revenue could be earned by the clinic. Do not visit.

Self tested C+ so did telemedicine with Dr Lau. He was very professional despite it being a virtual consultation. He took time to go through all the symptoms and checks and even tried to help examine if my calves were swollen (apparent possible symptom). He also took time to explain all the signs to look out for. Meds were well packed with clear indications on what the meds are for (important because no nurse to check with physically) and delivered promptly within the delivery window period. Was a very pleasant experience overall in the comfort of my own home. Will def use it again.

Went to MBFC outlet for a sprained ankle, referred to OFC for a scan. MBFC doc was nice and told me that doc at OFC will be able to diagnose the results directly, and wrote a referral letter. Reached OFC and was told result wont be out til much later (days later... Hello, raffles can get the result in like a few mins). Anyway got my scan done first and all their staff refused to listen to my explanation about another doctor's referral (they just say I know I know). The older lady who helped w the scan mentioned if I want they can diagnose at OFC but needed to have another consultation open. I decided to try since I was there already. OFC staff was definitely not attentive (not sure if they're understaffed or what but always terrible service here). When I consulted the female doctor, she didn't look at my ankle or whatever, just asked me to wait for one day for the scan result. And she keeps repeating "if you really want today" we'll just refer you to a fullerton specialist (which she said I had to call separately). I said ok. Waited again for the referral letter. Then the admin lady told me there will be no letter but they will call me instead. I received calls from FH medical concierge subsequently to book my appointment smoothly, to be on Wed (2 days later, by which I hope my xray result is out already). When I reached the specialist they said FH never contacted them. Also since my xray result from Monday still hasn't come out, I got another X-ray done on the spot. I received my original result from FH 2 weeks later through email (no xray, just a letter dated MY VISIT DATE) from MBFC, not sure why the 2 weeks delay/backdated.

1 counter staff I don’t know her name, she is rude, don’t care for patient, she checked my Covid test very quick, not carefully then it comes out wrong result, asked me to wait in the cold air-con for 15 minutes even if I many times said it were very cold in the room, I just want some medicine but she said “you can’t leave coz your result still not come out yet” with very bad attitude. Wasted my time. Total 1 hour there in the cold room. Omg. Terrible. I checked Covid at home the result come out in 1 minute, they check more than 15 minutes and it still hasn’t come out yet. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time.
