★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services received at this branch . We a true believer that what comes around goes around - if we want good services, then we should request for services in a nice manner too. After verifying that i'm a sender of a registered smartpac. The branch manager managed to help me to retrieve a packaged that ive dropped into the mailbox earlier in the day - even though it is a laborious task she had patiently helped me to comb through the mail box. All with a smile. Thank you so much and keep up the excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postal service is okay. But I was persuaded by one of the staff to listen to the briefing by another insurance agent who’s located in the post office. The SingPost staff then demanded me to leave my particulars especially my contact number when I was trying to leave. This incident was really unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting this place. Imagine you can’t visit your family and friends for Christmas and all that you could do is send them postcards. You are lost on how to go about it in a new country and a wonderful person at the post office comes and helps you sort out everything. That’s Wirda for you. I went around noon on Saturday and she helped me with the stamps and also with other details. Came back home so happy, hope she keeps on doing a fine job that she is doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit at your own risk . First , as a public service , they have the luxury of opening only at 11am . To make things worse , they only have 1 pathetic SAM machine for self service whilst they take their own sweet time to open . The SAM machine was not working when I visited , and I spent 10 minutes trying to call the hotline for assistance . Finally managed to get a lady out from the office to render help and she was unable to let me buy a stamp on the spot but instead , surprised me by advising there is another SAM machine on level 3?! ( and singpost don’t even have the common sense to I) keep their SAM machine working during closed hours ii) have a notification to direct people to level 3 for alternative )
