They really listen to your request and noted it down in their system . So when the next visit, they will follows the same as I mentioned before. Most importantly, they'll patience to take care all my two furkid during the grooming session without any injury on them . Thank you all for your hard works !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sending Junior, my 11 year old cocker spaniel here for grooming for years! They will always respond to my requests and appointment bookings promptly!
Not just that, they also update me on the condition of his skin, fur, ears etc, after each session and recommend me products (not asking me to buy from them) and ways to treat/care for junior myself.
What's more, they also have transportations to and fro your place if you don't have a form of transport for your furbabies:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aged pet visits monthly just to get clean and fresh cut. The groomer is really patient and does a really good job each time. It’s not easy to care for old dogs and I can’t tell that my dog is super comfortable and happy after each session. Thanks Masmasgroomers:)

Transportation is punctual at all times and they are super friendly! My dog always looks forward to head out for her grooming.

They have been very professional and reliable. When my dog has skin issues they taught me how to take care and share with me recommended product to use on my dog. When I don't have transport to send my dog for grooming they provide transport for me at a minimum cost. My dog always excited to go for grooming and come back fresh and stylish :).
