First time sending my cat to Catpurra and it was fantastic! A very thoughtful and genuinely caring team (shout-out to the wonderful Su) who 100% put your cat's welfare as top priority. It's all about letting cats explore the amazing setup they have, at their own pace. Grooming is also done at the cat's pace so not to stress your kitty. And top it off with really affordable and honest rates, and you've got yourself a stellar cat care centre that'll make you and kitty wanna come back over and over again!

Hi! I just want to share my great experience at Catpurra Cat Care for my cat’s grooming session. I was recommended by a friend to send my girls to them for grooming and I was pleased by how active and professional of their admin staff who replied to my queries about the grooming! They also send videos & picture of my girls during their grooming so I wouldn’t feel so worried as I didn’t managed to send or fetch them from Catpurra due to work. I feel safe & I trust them that they really handles my girls well! I will definitely send them over again for another session & try out other services that they offer too! Great job Team!

The owner is very kind, very patient and does her best for the cat to have the best stay. She follows all the instruction and gives good advice. I recommend this cat hotel.

Im very happy with the service that Catpurra provided. My cat was calm during shower (videos were sent to me to ease my worries) and im amazed how professional they were. My cat hates the shower and tries to escape and when they did it, he was like in a spa. Pick up from my home was early and sent back to me early. My cat started meowing loudly probably coz he enjoyed his time there and kept looking at the gate to see if the lady was still there even long after she left. (Thats when u know they treat ur cat nicely). My cat is still limping n then i realised, he's not used to a clean paw (paw shaved) and now he started being active all of a sudden. Ill definitely engage their services again?

I was anxious about having my indoor cats staying away for so long as my hse was under renovation. Trying to find a suitable place near to my area seemed quite impossible till I heard of Catpurra. Went to the place to have a tour and was attended by Kak Su. Very kind & friendly lady who gave us a tour of the place. I fell in love with it as Im sure my cats will love it there, many places to climb and play with!! They even have transport services which was helpful for me who have 4 huge cats! My cats easily adapt themselves wen they were there to my huge relief ,they even won Kak Su's heart esp my Keciq?. Her dotter never failed to update me abt their well beings. A great huge thank you to all of you for taking care of them like your own?? Now they are safely back home and missing all of you & their playground.?

I had my cats stay there from 14-18 of May. It was a challenging case as 1 of my cat was very timid and anxious. Through her experience, Sue was able to calm my cat down. Recommended for patient staff and genuine care about cats

First time to send my beloved cat to a daycare. Cabins are hand made, very sturdy, secure, very clean, and the place smells great! After just 8 hours my cat was confident and relaxed in his new environment. This is because the owner is very gentle and caring. Her daughter is the same. If my cat likes them so do I.

It has been an absolute dream dealing with Catpurra. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! We went for our first overseas trip in 2 years and were so worried about putting our beloved cat in a cat hotel. Sue and her husband put our minds at ease with constant updates and were extremely gentle with Moo Moo. We visited the cat boarding place before deciding to put Moo Moo there and we confirmed the stay immediately after the visit (after visiting other cat hotels too). Their cabins were handmade with love and it was such a clean environment and peaceful for the cats too! You can tell the Catpurra team loves cats- taking care of cats is their passion and it being a business is second to them. I would highly recommend anyone to entrust their kitty with them over any other cat hotel. Thanks Catpurra for the wonderful stay and Moo Moo thanks you for taking great care of her too!
