★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using this company for aircon maintenance for about 6 months. I liked this company because they are clean. But this time a technician(Mr Loon) said 3 condensers need to top up the gas as its low. Total cost is $550. I checked with a landlord and he arranged another technician to come to check 3 days later. This time the technician said all condensers’ gas is ok. Checked the temperatures and also ok. Mastercool technician already topped up one big condenser before I stopped him so I had to pay $250 on top of the service fee. It was a big disappointment since I was satisfied with their clean servicing previously.

Good customer service. Receive fast reply even contacted them at late of the night. Even manage to get next day appointment for the aircond services. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled to have a standard cleaning service from 9-10am. But I informed that my landlords who shared the main entrance with me got covid at 8:30 via WhatsApp. They didn’t check my message and the tech guy obviously didn’t get informed about this. The tech guy called me at 9:45 and said that he would arrive within 20 minutes which was after the scheduled time. I explained the situation again but he said it’s okay and he’s coming. So I waited for him again until 10:55, he still didn’t show up. I called the tech guy and he said he’s not coming. He should have called me and explained but never called me and I was just waiting for him. I explained this issue via WhatsApp again, didn’t get any apology even though I trusted their service from all these good reviews and I wasted 2 hours on this. Their service might be good but still got some problems in communication between WhatsApp guy and tech guys and this could mess up your day.
