I sprained my hip after workout and feels the pain when I try to lift it. After reading all the good reviews here, I decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did. Michael immediately identify the root cause of my hip pain was due to my lower back and treated it (of course, except muscle inflammation that need time to recover itself).
