★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a student with mr lai in 2020 before he opened his new tuition centre. His lessons were well structured and his selections of questions were good. The questions he pick are always different and shows me a different kind of approach each time. He is also v encouraging and patient. Whenever I need help outside of lesson, I will give him a text on Whatsapp and he will answer with clear and detailed explanations. There was one time when he sent me a reply at 12am because he was busy the entire day. Am really thankful for his dedication to his students and it was fun being his student. Tyvm mr lai!!

Highly recommend this tutor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my daughters were fortunate to be guided and coached by Mr Lai. Mr Lai hones his skill as maths subject matter expert through his vast teaching experiences and teaching resources. He develops his own pedagogy to be an effective maths tutor. His ability to connect with tutees is his niche. This in turn motivates tutees to put in more efforts to learn the maths subjects. He is assertive. His willingness to take the extra miles to lend his helping hands beyond tutorial periods is an icing on the cake.
I would recommend Mr Lai to anyone who has interest and ambition to further improve on maths.
