Have been source around for quite some time before i met up with Venesse from Great EA. Being a first time hiring a helper, i don't really know where to start with. Venesse patiently explained details to me and managed to find me a chinese speaking helper from indonesia to take care of my elderly mum. Am happy to have her with us in my family and so far am pleased with her hardworking attitude. Thank you Great EA.

After hiring my helper for 4 months, I brought her out over the weekend for dinner and was rejected entry. To my surprised she have to do other test to get her trace together aps uploaded. This rules were implemented in August 2021 and my maid arrived in November 2021 and this test should have been done there and then. When I called Vanessa, Great Employment staff, she was so rude and abrupt with her reply. Even this was made mandatory recently thats what she claimed, it is the agent responsibility to update employer to do the necessary. This agent before collecting money all ok. After paying up everything when meet with problem they just push away. If the maid have problem they will just rudely tell you to get the maid transfer out instead of counciling Very unhappy Employer... I believe there are better agent in the market not with this attitude.
