โ โ โ โ โ Very very poor customer service, the female staff was very rude and lack of professionalism, if there is 0 star I would put 0 star. !!DO NOT VISIT THEM!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR ITEMS WITH THEM!! You can choose Maxi cash at other outlets, but not at this boon Keng outlet, !! HIGHER MANAGEMENT , PLEASE KINDLY EDUCATE YOUR STAFF AT THIS OUTLET!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FEMALE STAFF!! If you donโt have basic courtesy, please do not work in customer service industry.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience with lady at the counter today! Her attitude was rude and kept asking me to pass my phone so she could verify my payment, even after showing my ic. When we trust our gold with you, why you cant trust us? And why cant you use your office phone to verify the owner?? So i cant trust her and i requested her to sanitize my phone after use. Is that too much to ask? She kept rudely talking about me in mandarin thinking that i dont understand, and using tongs to take the money! We dont keep money near our ears and mouth right?? I have been making payment past 5 years and never experience this before. New staff but poor customer service,direspectful! I have been in customer service before. I would have been fired if i behaved like that.
