Many people are claiming this person or that lady rude or unattendive but you have to ? this shop are priced very low to 1 dollar sometimes. The cashier also a service provider to prepare ? waffles , make ☕ coffee and bring out cakes and bakery items from oven to help bakers to re-place popular items. Hence, this is tiring job for any person to attend and sell in this bakery ??. Just thankful that prices are reasonable.

This young girl is really super poor service attitude, very rude to speak and collect money.And the waffle is done already before I order!????

the auntie making waffle had the worst attitude and stingy over the fillings.i ordered cheese waffle and ate it..wondering why isn't any cheese inside. the grumpy auntie barely spread it as if the cream cheese was accidentally spread on it.

Definitely not expecting restaurant services from a local bakery like this but sometimes I can’t help but wonder why the auntie (likely the boss) wants to open the door for business but treat the customers like dirt, they collect money and pass you the bread as if you owe them money! Maybe the business is brisk attributed to its gd location and they feel there is no need to treat customers well. I can tolerate all these and still buy here out of convenience until this incident. I paid first and order a waffle (which was previously instructed that I have to do this way), while the auntie prepare my waffle, she asked me 2 times if I have paid for the waffle, which of course I told her I already did. Then upon passing me the waffle, she turned and asked the cashier if I have paid for the waffle! Come on! Felt so insulted that the waffle lady think I am trying to scam her for a $1.80 waffle. Your customer don’t owe you a living, pls treat them better! Final straw, I will not patronize this shop again.

Bought a chocolate muffin on a Sunday morning. Smelled bad, tasted rotten. Immediately spit it out. Likely left overnight. Horrible experience. Not going to buy from here anymore.

Great waffles but they’re expensive at $1.60 when most places are going for $1.2.0-$1.40!!! (I miss the days when waffles were $1!!!)

I wasn’t the only one who noticed the waffle is made before even I made the order. It was still warm but when it get cold it gets bit harder. Please be more polite and kind to the customers. The location is right on the money, correct those issues more customers will be happy. Therefore I am giving 3 ??
