★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fantastic experience. Our flight arrived over an hour ahead of schedule. The driver texted me to let me know he was on his way and that he was aware of the situation. Everything went according to plan. We had to wait for only around 4 to 5 minutes. I will use Maxicab again.

It comes highly recommended.
The driver is really chatty, will assist with luggage, and will show you around many interesting sights. The price is reasonable and fair.

Kumar was quite helpful with the car reservation, especially when the pickup location had to be changed somewhat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely use their services again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. The drivers were prompt, professional, and excellent. Due to a paperwork problem, we were stopped in immigration on our way back from Malaysia, and the driver patiently waited for us to pass ( almost an hour). Maxicab is someone I would hire again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time we've used Maxicab. I like how responsive the communication was throughout. The driver's information was sent to me the night before departure, and he arrived on time. We had to make a little modification of drop-off location after discovering that the car rental firm we wanted to use had relocated to a different facility near the prior drop-off location. In looking for the place, the driver was quite helpful. We were also relieved to find out that the same driver, MR Tan, would be assigned to pick us up on our return trip a few days later. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! We will absolutely use Maxicab in the future.

I ordered ten people and was given two large cars. The vehicle is spacious and quite comfortable. Their customer care is also quick to respond, and they have a quick remedy to the problem. The cost is affordable. In the future, I will surely employ their services.
