A rare find in Singapore, but this is the most delicious one yet. The first bite you can feel the crispy skin as you approach the inside it's filled with ingredients (minced meat & oysters), it soft and super flavorful. Definitely will recommend it to tourist as it might be considered one of the more 'local' food. But it might be slightly oily so it's not to everyone liking, however it's definitely every calories well gain for me.

Yes these are great! Super tasty deep fried oyster goodness. Cheap and $2.5. Friendly owner. Recommend.

I understand it now. I have had it sitting a while meaning it was soggy. But this time I got it fresh. This is a street food. It is supposed to be freshly fried. It was prefect. So many people have misunderstood it. Look at that perfectly fried shrimp. Not over cooked. Perfectly pink. Now I know what it means.

Fried just nice. Filling of oyster, celery and meat is nicely blended. Texture is nice that can taste each ingredient. Not too salty or fishy.

After so many years of being in Singapore, this is definitely the first time that I've tried this oyster cake. The portions are small for the price paid, but they're well known here. For the legacy of the recipe, you just have to try their oyster cake since you're here.

Simple in appearance, each oyster cake is delicately made from minced meat, fresh prawns, oysters studded in a rice batter alongside cilantro. Anthony Bourdain had this Fuzhou Oyster Cake but I was not not impressed. I know only of 2 stalls in Singapore offering this delicacy and I thought the one at Berseh Food Court was better.

One of the last 2 stalls selling this Fuzhou snack. Yummy oyster cake filled with oyster prawn minced pork! Owners take their time to churn out each piece. Best eaten fresh. Tasty even when take away. Always tempted to get some when I’m here.
