β β β β β Tried searching for 'Maybank' on Google maps. Didn't show up in the results because the branch is called Maybank@HDBhub. Should add a space between bank and @. Also there are 5 bank teller counters. Only two are for regular banking services. For the 30 over minutes I've been waiting here, only the 2 counters for regular services are used. The rest being reserved for premier, privilege. Also, the desk counters 6 to 8 were also manned but had no clients, such that staff could eat ice cream and chat with one another. Better deployment of resources to address the crowds wanting regular services than reserving so many stuff for specialised banking that in my time there, saw little to no usage.

β β β β β The staff here at maybank hdb hub are really friendly, especially the sit down counters inside. They seem to always have their customers interest at heart. Patient and always offer their best advices. They have very sound knowledge of the different services and products. Maybank usually have one of the better rates for deposits too. Am really glad my friend introduced me to this particular branch in Maybank. Great job hdb hub branch.

β β β β β the tellers at the counter should be multi- tasked. when the queue has formed up, the counter staff should quickly cleared the queue as customers may have other appointments. this is pro-active thinking of staff. my comment is: the staff are friendly, polite and patience.

β β β β β Really negative experience, unfortunate that this has to be posted. Officer at the branch advised us incorrectly multiple times about a simple FD account (plus the info on the bankβs website was incorrect as well). Also caused a cashierβs order to be torn resulting in huge trouble and inconvenience. Really unacceptable stuff
