★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great experience at the Toa Payoh HDB HUB branch on 3 oct at 2pm! Eileen and Nyok Leng was really helpful and gave us fresh notes when they knew it was for our Wedding ang baos. Also, gave more ang baos extra including making the effort to check for new notes. Awesome service and OCBC has been superb for us! Thank you for making our day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was 2 things I couldn't do online which I had to go and queue there for a long time. Here are the two things:
1. Changing dividend payout instructions for two unit trusts I have
2. Setting up the mobile token; that action require a hardware token which I had and battery was dead already but they said I still had to get a new hardware token in order to setup mobile token.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait for 2 hours if you want to do personal banking stuffs here. The queue stretches outside. While my husband queued outside, I went to UOB to do banking, queued, done come back, only jumped 3 spots and still had a dozen in front. Powerful place, really. Poor aunties and uncles standing and waiting.
when you are inside, the queue numbers don't even move. 20 mins jump 1 number. Please up the game.

I always have a very good impression of OCBC bank for their Q system but today go for banking they actually mess up the changing money for CNY q with normal customer q n mix them together... In the end a normal banking for me feels like I m changing money also... Took about 1 hr and 30 mins for my simple banking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Painstakingly slow. Only 3 counter staff..arrived at 530pm on a Tues, queue ticket showed that there's 9 pax in front of me. After an hour, there's still 3 pax before me...they took avg 30mins for each cust...service is extremely SLOW, there are so many people waiting but the staff has no sense of urgency...gosh, be prepared to wait for long long time ?.. this is definitely going to be my 1st and last visit to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is courteous, and there is a special queue and seats for older people. In addition, the staff provide special attention to older folks, and patiently handles queries from them, as they may not be as savvy using ATMs and mobile banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone called me from 6353 9676 multiple times looking for my fiancé. I told her MULTIPLE TIMES that my fiancé is not around and asked who is she and she keep on repeating the same thing “can I just speak to him personally”. Please teach your agents to be more polite and be more professional in the future.
If the number is given as an emergency, then there must be a reason right? Don’t just do your job without thinking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in at 3:30pm to create a joint account for my parents. It took us more than two hours to create a bank account. Their system is so slow that just to start creating it took us 45mins (I know I could have gone anywhere else. But my parents really needed the money to be in their joint account). I felt like her colleagues weren’t helping her much. Just disappointed with the fact that it took us so long.
