Our family got our Mazda 3 Hatchback from Eddy and he has been nothing but wonderful! He is extremely friendly, not pushy at all and was soooo patient when showing/explaining the car to us! He also kept us updated frequently about the status of our COE bidding till the date of our car collection. And finally... the day of our car collection - Eddy prepared and presented our car in the most premium way - we walked into the delivery suite and tadah~ our new car is there waiting for us! We loved the entire experience and couldn't recommend Eddy more! He was so detailed in explaining what we can and can't do with the car. We understood that Eddy has been working there for many years and we could really tell how dedicated and nice he is! Aftersales service was AMAZING as well! We texted Eddy many questions after getting the car but he was always so patient and responsive! (He literally replies immediately or less than 10 mins always ?) Thumbs up for Eddy!! Look for him if you're intending to purchase your Mazda ride there!
