GOPIZZA Midtown

Very bad staff attitude to customers. Ordered supreme and the toppings mainly onions and few other ingredients. With such bad service, not surprised very few dine in.

I like the pizza crust here! The yangnyum chicken pizza was disappointing though... it was topped with mashed sweet potato, which did not go well with the overall taste profile. The chicken pieces were also very small, and most of the time I was just eating pizza with yangnyum sauce and mashed sweet potato ? Recommend the stall to write the ingredients used in each pizza, so that people know what they are ordering.

The two guys working ytd night shift reminded us 4 times that they are going to close the upstairs seatings at 830pm Just fyi reached at 745pm. When the food was ready and we were seated upstairs, we were told to go down to take our food ourselves. Food was still good, but i suppose when u have two rude monkeys manning the station, you are gonna get rude monkey like style service

Pizza was not too bad, fresh out from the oven, dough was soft. Pretty filling for a dinner meal by itself.

I don't normally give 2 stars. Maybe I came on a bad day. But I had a genuinely horrible experience at GoPizza today. 1)For starters. I ordered a beef Bulgogi Pizza. I opted to add on additional beef for $1. But as you can see from the picture below. There is really not much beef even after the add on. The taste of the pizza was good but the beef was extremely tough and chewy. I think for this kind of prices. You should be abit more generous with ingredients like vegetables and mushrooms etc. 2) Spicy chicken pasta was absolutely horrible. I understand that it is supposed to be a spicy pasta. But there was no thought given to it. Pasta was not cooked properly. Chicken was super dry and pathetic little pieces. It was really super unpleasant. I think my highlight of the meal was the kimchi fries and cheesy garlic bread. Service was good. Staff was friendly. I hope some improvements can be made. I absolutely felt cheated today.

I often try to reach out directly to brands or f&b before leaving a bad review and well unfortunately this GOPizza Midtown…this one needs to be said. In spite of HQ and your outlet’s efforts to service recover… poorly cooked french fries on back to back orders, even once within an hour window of my feedback ….in attempt to salvage the matter …. bad french fries still arrive at my door. your team needs retraining in the area of how to use a deep fryer with fresh oil or the deep fryer overhauled OR they simply need to know how nicely cooked french fries look like…. and that bad french fries should not be sent to the customer problem solved. Pizzas haven’t been an issue here but perhaps the decrease in the size of the pizza and amount of toppings. And i am unable to fault GoPizza if a delivery person takes too long to send the order and it arrives cold. That being said unfortunate incident here. see photos for the brown, stale, soggy fries. How your people could blindly bag it and allow it to be sent to a paying customer is appalling and looks so bad on QC and the brand.

Delicious pizza for price . The bread got little hard after microwaving as per there instructions to get nice pizza We ordered • Arugula cheese pizza (premium) Good amount of bocconcini cheese and Arugula leaves (rocket leaf) •Veggie pizza (classic) & Shoestring fries The fries were overdone The delivery was quite fast .. delivered 1 minute early Recommended for next time
