★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small outlet but comes with outdoor seating. There are big fans for outdoor seating so it won't get too hot. Interestingly the self-checkout counters are placed outside the store as well, due to lack of space inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Young employees are gathering around at the pick up counters laughing and talking around but only one person handling all the orders. I need to wait for 20mins just for an ice-cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was the opening of McDonald's at 888 plaza and I headed down with my children all excited and ended up utterly disappointed with the service. My children and I had to wait for over 40 mins for burgers, nuggets, fries and drinks. I walked up to the counter staff and asked politely about my order and the manager on duty at 10pm on 30 Jun 2022 did not even apologize instead he rudely tells the poor staff to settle my order. This is McDonald's and it carries a strong reputation for their food and polite staff. But this manager and I also believe another assistant manager were completely checked out. These two chaps looked like they were not happy to be at work at all. We kindly seek the management to educate their team leaders/managers/assistant managers to be able to handle any kind of situation with a certain level of professionalism. We pay for our food and we come there to relax and chill with our family and it all turned out to be complete opposite. This is Day 1 at 888 Plaza McDonald's. Such a shame.

This new outlet will add-on to the existing 4 other restaurants within Woodlands. (Civic Centre, CWP & Woodlands Mart, Vista Point)
