Poor service. Was informed by staff that we had to wait 5 mins for our food, which was no issue, but there were plenty of empty seats and we were not allowed to sit and wait.

Convenient and efficient location. Sabhan also provided really friendly table service.

They gave us the wrong order, but they quickly rectified the error and gave us the correct one free of charge. Kudos to their service. We are v happy.

Quick food when the eateries around are close, but since the current situation, the operating hours are affected, and they close early. Do take note of the opening hours for all eateries before heading there if you are looking for a late night supper.

I accidentally spilled my coffee, the attendant by the name of Jane gave excellent service . Not only she helped in the cleaning, she even helped to get another coffee for me.

Awesome choices for Non vegetarians But when I asked for a vegetarian burger, there is none! No veg choices at all. Disappointed. Location is good. Ambience is good as well. Not much overpriced. Prime location and easy to find as well.

One of our all time favourites. Big Mac is my favourite burger in the menu. I am also a fan of the Apple Pie, though it's not always available all time.

What can I say about McDonald? Comfort food for dinner and to top up the extra value meal. There is a Superman on the floor/ lobby with fabulous service. I begin my journey of ordering my food from the kiosk. However, due to some stupid error it got, I couldn’t get my receipt. I approach a super friendly Mr Sam, he told me, don’t worry he will sort it out for me. Just a matter of minutes he got my receipt. I keyed in take away cause I couldn’t find a seat. Mr Sam approach me told me there is a seat available. I headed there but now I had to collect my food cos I was alone. Without hesitation, he offered to collect the food for me. I was so embarrassed. Small guy with a big heart. When he got me my food, there is no words to explain but thankful. I thank him with all my heart. Got my food. Ate my food. When it was time for me to leave, he still approach to ask if everything was okay just to check on me. Without a doubt I replied “it was so good bcos you make the difference” Thank you Mr Sam. Although I didn’t have your full name. All I can say is thank you for taking care of me even though I was at at fast food restaurant. Sometime, a extra miles makes a extra smiles for everyone.
