★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were rude and did not offer me a seat when i was waiting for my friend to arrive. I was confused as usually they would let us take a seat first and it was also not peak hour so there was alot of seats available.
Not to mention, when i ordered hot fudge sundae they gave me so little hot fudge i might as well have ordered a vanilla cone instead. Used to like the service at the sembawang outlet but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a super crowded outlet but the service staff are quick to ensure that customers get their seats and orders done up fast. When I was here, the service staff ensured that customers who were done eating to give up their seats to those waiting and I admire their politeness but firm gesture in getting their work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service ever, even after 8pm. Ordered from app to collect. Reached 20min later. Food was not even ready. Number is seen on the screen as now serving. Went up to ask and was told to wait. The last time I came by the fried they gave for takeaway was only half filled. Forgot to give nacho/curry sauce too. Even though it was clearly chosen when ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The McDonald's app gives out 20 free chicken nuggets in your birth month. I had to force feed it to myself to finish it when I ordered it with a meal. The buttermilk chicken burger is underrated but may put off pineapple haters. I finished off my meal with an Oreo McFlurry and convinced myself that I was lovin' it. I will probably need to work out for a week to counteract what this has done to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mcD outlet used to be my to-go place.
The staffs are still very friendly up till now.
Only because of limited seatings previously, its realli very hard to get a seat during meal times. Hence the takeaway orders also quite alot. The waiting time pretty much long somehow.
Now no social distancing le....probably im still not gonna dine-in. For my kids' sake who have underlying health issues. Now will continue to dabao still. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop always not able manage the order when the shop is crowded or peak. TV screen too small cannot fit in all order numbers. My order is 142, ordered done 20/05/2022 2219 hours, then my order completed and being call at 2224hours, then I go to counter and tell them my number then one of the Vietnam/Thai lady said my order not ready, then I continue wait until 2236hours until the manager calling my number for second time. By that time my foods already cold and has been waited for 12minutes just for the wrong information given by the front counter. Apparently my order number also disappear for long time at TV screen, I found it funny because the staff still insist told me that my order not ready. Super not happy with the service.
