โ โ โ โ โ My first time here and the manager who attended to me was very polite and friendly. She listened attentively when I had questions and answered them with ease. I kept making changes to my order as I could not make up my mind but she accommodated to my requests; no questions asked. The waiter who delivered our food was smiley and polite as well. Food was delicious as always; first time trying the cornflakes chicken too! Dinner had been great I must say.
Update: My husband and I have been coming to this outlet ever since and our experience has always been great! Shoutout to the server Taufiq and his friendly manager Carl and others who have been giving us the best dining experience. Food has been delicious and they try their best to accommodate to our requests at all times. Thank you!

fries is oily.
waited 45 mins for it
mushrooms soup.
extremely sour.
just had a few bites.
waited 1hr for a soup.
chiken bake rice egg taste weird.
waited 45 mins.
best part our table next to us got it first and they finished it b4 we even got it.
wasted 70 bucks on all of this.
my one day work pay.
go to the this..
i deserve a refund.
and not pay the services charge...
i can only give to the waiter who is actually working hard.

โ โ โ โ โ Great food great service! Doris who served us was fantastic. She was upbeat, cheerful and patiently guided us in ordering and using the App for redemption. Navia while settling our bill was patient in waiting for us to get access to the App for membership scanning. Coming to Swensenโs made our day! It will be even better if Swensenโs provides complimentary wifi for Swensenโs App access!
