Well if you're thinking Macdonald's is a fast food restaurant you better think twice as at this outlet it's more like a slow food restaurant. The place is generally quite nice but during peak hours there will be so many people and even if you managed to order your food will take 30mins to come. I personally can't blame them as I used to work in Macdonald's and I know that during peak hours it can be very hard to complete orders swiftly but if you are looking to have a fast meal you should think twice before ordering here.

The water tap in public sink in upper floor have a serious design flaw..the tap water is hard to flow properly into sink. All the mess people made so wet and dirty. Any diner use will splash all over.

-outdated system(unavailable promo item (nacho dips) still shows up as available on mobile order system) -tv number queue screen doesn’t work. Staff had to shout the numbers -waited 20 min for my order -rude service staff who didn’t inform that not all ordered items are available, didn’t even say anything upon collection, when had to go back and ask about it, just stated that it’s not available then blank stare for a good 5 second before saying “you want curry sauce?” and shove two in my bag ? -redeeming 1 star for the shaker fries quality

Ate there with my friends. Food is standard McDonald's fare, but the service was terrible and the overall experience was awful. The table was dirty and the staff were extremely rude. There was a confusion about table stands as no more stands were available at the ordering kiosk and it wasn't clear how the food could be delivered to the table. After the food was delivered by two staff, one actually got worked up by the misunderstanding and there was a standoff at our table for several minutes. This was utterly uncalled for - if there was a confusion but it was resolved in the end, it could be left at that, but that one staff persisted in ranting about how it was our fault. At one point, he actually took the receipt our friend was holding to point out how we were wrong. For a moment, I genuinely felt threatened and feared that it would escalate into a physical confrontation. I understand that as customers, we may not always know how things work at the restaurant. Tell us nicely, explain if necessary, and let us enjoy our food in peace. Perhaps the staff lack proper training or just had a bad day, but this is one outlet that I will not be patronizing in future unless I want to be abused again.

Just next to the bus interchange, two storey with sufficient seating and well-regulated social distancing and entry. The service is prompt and quick. The drinks were really good, the level here is better than most and especially during rush hours.

Tried their app pick up for the first time - reached there to pick up my order but turned out that their order system had issues, and you had to pass your receipt over to them to manually prepare your order. App order has no receipt and even after telling 2 staffs my order and order number, they did not prepare my order. Have tried BK and other fast food’s app pick up, but I guess I was expecting too much for macs to achieve such an integration. First time trying it but also last time ordering from macs

As in the photo, the waiting period is always more than 30 - 45 mins. If you see a screen with huge numbers under preparing list as in photo, beware of the waiting period. This is my experience for more than 5 times in may 2022

Mccrispy non spicy version had more dough than meat. I still prefer kfc where chicken parts are chunkier and less fat layers to peel off between meat and dough. Should taste okay even turned cold. However a burger place probably should stay focus making the burgers tastier than distracted trying with more variations. Fries were mostly soggy even when I dined in immediately after collection. First visit to this outlet and likely my last. Asked the crew managing the fires counter where is the stairs to access level 2 as level 1 was filled. She gave us a dumb-folded look pointing the same direction we came back from after following the signage on the pillar between collection point and McCafé. The actual location is between entrance and McCafé - a dark stairway with a small dining table next to it. Basin was spoilt with no other ways to wash up. Left the place with semi-dirty hands after using the serviettes.
