Swensen's

Good size portion for the pricing and the food is fresh. Fish was not fishy and it was perfectly flakey and crispy. The French fries were yummy and fresh cooked. The coleslaw also was nice and creamy. The pineapple bits on the top was also refreshing. Service was prompt and friendly. The setting was clean and overall comfortable.

Nice food and reasonably good service. I came with my family last night to redeem our complimentary meal using a voucher which was given to us by our insurance agent. Overall a pleasant experience dining here. Date of visit: 5 Sep 2021

The waiter and managers here was ignorant towards our requests. Poor hygiene standards were also observed here, plates were dirty, waiter even put his hand onto our plate, contanimating it. Service provided to customers was terrible, they did not wait for our requests to be completed and just took off. I do not recommend coming here.

Horrible tasting food! Visited yesterday evening. Ribeye bland, mac n cheese tasted like it’s mixed with a lot of diluted cheese sauce. No meet u pasta bland n oily. Oriental fish pasta also bland n oily diluted sauce. BBQ chicken has a freezer chicken taste. By far the worst meal we had at Swensen’s. Pls get a better cook or have some QC on the things that are served. Hawker stalls taste better! Spoilt the whole evening. Feedback to manager on duty but nonchalant. Swensen’s need to buck your ur game. Would rather bring my business to the 18 chef or jacks place that is nearby.

Headed to Clementi Mall to look for dinner options and settled for Swensen's. This well known American brand for Ice Cream is also a diner in Singapore and other parts of Asia. Started with a soup of the day of Cream of Corn and Chicken. The soup was generally OK and was like your typical Campbell soup but with a lower salt amount which is acceptable. Ordered the Ribeye with American Fried and Black Pepper Sauce. At medium-rare, the meat was acceptable but did find it a tad too rare. Still it was still acceptable. The fries were alright but not sure why they had to call it American. Had a second main of Fish and Chips which was lightly breaded and the fish was yummy. Loved the coleslaw that same with it. Initially wanted to end the night with Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream with Truffle Oil. Alas, found the Truffle Oil was a little strong as it was overpowering the Chocolate Ice Cream itself. Did a palate cleanser with a Topless Five of Durian King, Rocky Road, Sticky Chewy Choclate, Hazelnut Kit Kat and Mango. Loved the Mango especially as it reminded of the tootpaste-tube shaped Mango Ice Cream that was enjoyed during childhood days. Overall, this place is acceptable for a last minute substitute if no other options are available. Spacious restaurant, there were a lot of take away orders and dine-in customers. Somehow the staff mixed up our order and it was quite a long wait just to get appetizers that we ordered, and it only came when we finished our mains. The fried mushroom was not so good, it was mushroom chunks fried, i thot they would slice it.. forgot to use my hsbc card for 10% disc, overall ok.

The food here was AWFUL. Used a voucher for the 3 course meal. Not sure if it's even worth going for that. The waitress told us the soup of the day was clam chowder. However, we were given half filled bowls of mushroom soup that tasted terrible. I'm not sure if they were just trying to clear the soup or if it's cos our meal was a voucher meal with a top up of $8 for the second one. The manager was nice enough to exchange a bowl of mushroom soup for the clam chowder which was slightly better. Even the usual garnishing for the baked rice was absent. Again, i wonder if it's cos it's a voucher meal. Wouldn't revisit for sure.

Never disappoint me. Still the best ever ? Mega burger is awesome for a price above $10 really satisfies me. Sticky Chewy Chocolate is all time favourite. Keep it up Swensens ?
