I order 1 MC chicken and fish burger which comes with a set of drink and fries and when l eat the fries it's full of SALT and when l ask the manager the manager replyed rudely Do you want a fries without salt? Somemore we only put one table spoon of salt ...bad service .... never gonna go back to there

Horrible I literally paid $9.90 for 2 filet-o-fish and one mc chicken , it took almost to 30-40 minutes for my food to be served. When I reached home i opened the bag and to my surprise there was only 2 burgers. Why did I pay the extra $2.70 for?

Ordered and waited 40 minutes for table service but still no sign of my orders until both of my children keep asking where is their food. So I have to go and check with counter staff, checked with them but no one knows where is my orders until I saw an order seem to be mine, then they counter checked and presume it mine so I took it. Back to my table, all my order fries and other food have already become cold.. Very disappointed with the outlet. Definite won’t visit here again.

Understand the store was busy. But missed out on Hashbrowns for both Breakfast meal. disappointed.

Review for the month of August 2021. Try the New Hainanese Chicken Burger. Oh boy...It was Good. Portion size is decent. Overall is Good. Added new photo of the new burger. Worst customer service ever encounter. Their managers ,Jolynn, Vinod & sabrina dun know how to say sorry for mistakes the staff done.no explaination was given for mistakes done.the management should look into theze three managers attitude as my orders was sent with beef burger which we did not order and when my wife ask y there is beef burger, all they do is check & take back without explaination or even say sorry.what kind of managers are they? They dueven bother to check the order chit before passing the order to the staff. Need an explaination from the management.

Just a regular McDonald’s, nothing more, nothing less. There isn’t much to say about Mcdonald’s that hasent already been said, cheap food, fast service, always busy, there really isn’t anything to say that’s interesting, same here. But maybe that’s the best part about Mcdonald’s, its simplicity. You walk in, eat a burger, then leave, maybe that’s why people eat here. The outlet itself is alright, clean tables and a kind staff, its good for what it needs to do. I had the breakfast chicken mcmuffin meal and it was quite nice. Overall, normal.

A very super duper busy macdonald branch over here at waterway point. Please be prepared to wait and queue when you are here during peak hours. They will also close the self ordering kiosk just o ensure that they clear their backlog orders before accepting news one. Although the wait time can be very excruciating but fear not as the staff here are very helpful and will always try their best to clear the queue as fast as possible and to provide you with delicious macdonalds meal. One of the staff I would like to personally comment will be Kar Soon who is in charged of dispatching orders over at the counters yesterday evening. He can be seen like he's panicking and rushing out orders but he is very organised and tries his very best to dispatch orders and also attending to special request from customer who wants sauces, tissues, ice water and etc. I didn't managed to get a picture of him but I did get a leak at his name tag. Hope that macdonalds management over at WWP can give him some strength of words so that he knows that there are people out there who appreciates what he is doing.
