★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a very bad experience here today. Ordered the family meal with table service.
Firstly, when the order came, it didn't come with the kid meal toy. Asked the staff for it then the staff asked us to go to the counter to take. Then why provide table service if I need to walk to the counter?
Secondly, nuggets box for the kid meal got some sauce all over the box, I don't know is the staff using oily fingers to pack or what, super disgusted.
Thirdly, the staff got one of the drinks wrong, so need to go counter exchange again.
So much for the table service.... Before gov open up this outlet was fine and the manager still got the mood to give out balloon for the kids, now I think I wouldn't visit anymore.

Perhaps its better to revisit the ordering system and the meaning of fast food. If it requires 30mins for an ice cream, I am not sure if it could still considered 'fast'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean Mcdonald’s, the place was big and seats were aplenty, there was even a Drive thru! Very rare considering the lack of space Singapore has, probably the best Mcdonald’s outlet around here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered normal Mcspicy but given without sausage and lettuce. I bought this by drive thru and no receipt given after payment done. When I approached counter to change it they asked me for receipt!!! They made me full without eat Mcspicy!!! Hence proved that junk food is serving by junk people...

Please observe the crowd before you order. Counter couldn't manage the crowd....order turn cold and staff are clueless.... Better experience at other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated recently and the place looks much brighter and spacious while delivering with more seats by utilising the space efficiently.
It’s usually crowded on weekends in-restaurant as well as the drive through so may be good to place your order through their app ahead.
