Service here is incredibly slow. We waited near 45 minutes for 2 person's dinner.

Staff were slow and rolled their eyes at me! The Mcdonald's staff at Parkway centre are extremely rude. I ordered a single ala carte burger on 2 March 2022 at 11am. I waited for the burger for 20 min and was going to be late for my interview. When I asked the counter staff where was my order, she realized she had forgotten it and it was sitting on the table in front of her. The staff were extremely slow and took their own sweet time to serve customers. I asked the staff to give me a takeaway bag for my order as I was already late for my interview and she rolled her eyes at me! I think they should all be fired. Don't go here unless you want to wait forever for your food. Hope management penalizes them!!

Nice place for a short break Abit crowded on Sunday 12 Jun. Next to it is parkway parade and surrounding is where all the shops outlet selling all sort of items from household, durian n fruits, Japan home, ztp medical shop, abc shop etc etc with the hawker.s centre around in the central also. It's hot and warm during this time. . .get yourself a portable fan if possible Happy shopping !! Happy life !!

Hi, I am a frequent customer of Mcdonalds parkway parade. I am filing this complaint as i have experienced subpar customer service today At around 2pm 7 July 2022 at mcdonalds parkway parade, i went there for lunch with my friends after school. We were waiting at the counter for a staff to help take our order but they ignored us. They had seen us patiently waiting but did not bother to do anything even though they were not doing anything. Futhermore, when lots of loud noise came from the kitchen, my friend made a casual remark that the place was noisy. Initially, the manager, who was indian and could speak Chinese, also ignored us. However, upon hearing that remark, he approached us without the intention to take our orders, and instead, he asked, “ Which one of you said this place was noisy?” In a reprimanding tone. We were definitely in a daze and he kept on interrogating us as if we had done something illegal. I tried to play it off but he was insistent. He snatched the receipt with the order and ordered us to quickly take out the money to pay. I think he even purposely counted the change slower too. He was very impatient and rude to us and i think that it is not right to treat customers this way, especially if we had done nothing wrong. It was overall a poor experience for us and there was poor customer service and may give a poor impression to others about this branch. While most of the staff are ignorant or rude there were some good apples among the bad who gave us good customer service and were busy most of the time. I hope that someone can give a warning to the manager so that other people would not have the same poor experience as us today. Thank you, LJT

Busy restaurant during the day. But nice place to chill after dinner time. As you know, nowadays people will clear their trays after eating the food but often I can see the table with some water mark or some crumbs. I will suggest that the crews know when to wipe the table.

Crew Leader Steven was serving me at McCafe. When I ordered the oreo cheesecake and latte set, he informed me that there was a deals promotion and clicked thru on the app for me. Well done young man! Many would have billed me full price and I would have not known any better. Steven's kind act and extra mile service made my day!

The food’s great but the customer service, not so much. Be prepared to not only wait, but also for a lot of disorganisation and ignoring what’s on the order board (that’s apparently redundant, and they’ll be shouting out the order to you…)

Fell in love with the new Hokkaido Salmon Burger. Seems like a healthy choice? This is one of my preferred locations for Mcd, it's not too crowded and I like to sit in the open area. Although an open area, it is sheltered by a very high rooftop, so it's very comfortable to eat, drink and chill here even on a hot day.
