T	TW Lh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally they will have straw for kids whenever I go MacDonald. I understand that adult they don’t give. I don’t understand why even kids they give. Do you think the cap is suitable for kids? It’s spill all over the kids shirts.
M	Mursyidah Afika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this outlet is absolutely terrible. I have had many encounters with rude staff but I dismissed it until today. The outlet was clearly crowded on the inside however the staff allowed the customer before me to go in before the staff said anything. However, when it came to my turn, the staff made me come out and completely dismissed the customer before me. Besides this encounter, there was also an encounter with a staff that had cussed a customer for requesting for lesser ice. I have worked in the F&B industry before and sometimes some customers are difficult to handle than others but as the staff member, we should know beforehand the pros and cons and prepare ourselves for the different type of customers we would encounter. I hope that this outlet will improve their customer service for a smoother business.

J	Joo Joo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff dont care about the feeling and requirement from clients. I order one ala cart mc wings and one meal mc spicy, and require for two curry source. They just give me one curry source and mentioned only meal can have curry source. I have eatten so many stores, this is my first time heared about this kind of rule. The care of customer feeling is miminum, and two staff talk to me in once, I feel high stress and high pressure. Like they are the fighters, I wont win. The worst experience ever. Last but not least, today french fries is super salty, really anyhow la, the staff.
N	Nawaf drums on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have a pregnant wife. She was craving mc chicken sauce on a side for dipping. I asked Liza the employee working there. She was like “ no no no no!”. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. I even told her my wife is pregnant… Then this nice guy, I didn’t get his name. He went to get us the sauce and she looked at him like he did something wrong. Anyways, my order arrived and there was a missing item. I went back to get the missing item that I’ve asked from another employee because I don’t know what Liza’s problem with me! Guess what? Liza came was staring at me like I did something wrong! I went back to the table. Wife felt she wanted to vomit. So I rushed back to the restaurant asking for a plastic bag. Then Liza came all the way from the kitchen when she saw me asking for something. I don’t know what was her problem with me. I love this country. I love the people here. They’re always smiling. But she ruined our day.
T	The Genesis Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is small and warm. Requested for chilli sauce, aunty said its inside. Went back to hotel to realise there are none inside and have to go down again to get it.

I could not order the promo dessert from the machines inside as well. In the end, I joined the cashier’s queue and was “greeted” by Mei Mei’s unwelcoming attitude. Her rudeness lasted from the “opening greeting” to the payment. Very off putting. Perhaps, they are understaffed here in this outlet.
