It is a gift and the gift is only given to me after 1 month of purchase,I am not demanding for a refund,but only doing a exchange of design.The wallet is still in the box with original receipt and warranty card n product care card.It BNIB. Email to MCM worldwide customers service,they say they only handle online order,and ask me to call paragon myself! What a worldwide customer service! Would not recommend MCM to anyone.Totally disappointed with the service and company policy.
