Chicken rice is very good. Juicy and soft. Thanks for the great effort. We will come back again.

A rare find in the midst of nowhere. Every item on the menu is delicious not only their flavourful chicken rice and succulent roasted chicken it gives the other overrated halal hainanese stalls a run for their money. PS: the chicken rice is endorsed by 'The chicken rice shop' look out the certificate Other breakfast items also available, the mee rebus packs a punch as well as their longtong.

Stumble upon this chicken rice stall by chance months ago. And it’s been my favorite halal chicken rice since. Affordable and good. I can eat this every week ?

Wanton noodle is tasty and and more authentic than most halal noodle stall. Also has bigger portion and is cheaper (at $3.30) than most non-halal stalls. Also tasty and good value is the dumpling soup with 6 huge dumplings. Their pickled green chilli is also great.

Decent plate is chicken rice, but not Great. Edit: my feedback is: asked for chicken breast got chicken leg/ drumstick instead. Rice taste good but dry. The vegetable I got from the chicken rice set was plainly boiled then poured oyster sauce on it - regretted getting it. Try having fitrah chicken rice and you guys will know what I am comparing to. And I'm reducing the rating - you guys don't deserve 4 stars

Most Singaporeans will refer to ethnic Chinese, Hainanese Chicken Rice outlets when discussing β€œbest chicken rice in Singapore”. I’ve tried many and I must say the chicken rice I had here today satisfied on par with most of the highly rated ethnic Chinese variety. In my humble opinion, better than some popular places like Tian Tian, Boon Tong Kee & Sergeant. It is slightly different in taste. I think the rice is cooked in a heavier flavoured stock. The thick black sauce that went well with the ginger tasted like a variant of β€œkicap manis” (Indonesian styled sweet thick black soy sauce). The ethnic Chinese shops tend to use the salty variety of dark sauce. Why not rating the chicken rice here 5 stars? Think their chicken is the standard broiler chicken. The chicken breast was pretty much devoid of flavour. Luckily the accompanying chili sauce had good taste and some bite in the level of spice. @whiskydev

We always come back here for our chicken rice and mee soto fix. One of the best we have tasted. I especially love their mee soto, full of flavour. The chicken rice chili and chicken go together so well. We also make it a point to order the youtiao. Worth the price and worth traveling from Sengkang.
