★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well sometimes when ordering I always tend to avoid this man called "LC" because he always at the counter when there is orders piling up and not seem to have a rotation basis. Sometimes want to order in the morning there is always a sign stating 30-40 mins. To the point there are people saying "30- 40 minutes? I rather cook at home" maybe you guys should do something about it as there was once he shouted to the staffs and some of us dont want to order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the egg fried rice here! Comparable to some restaurants out there. Like the concept of being able to add ingredients to my liking.
Usually there’s quite a queue so be prepared to wait around 15mins or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to find a Wok Hey outlet at AMK hub. They are just next to Stuff's. You can see them as u walk into AMK hub from MacDonald side. Waited a bit for the food as the kitchen was busy with orders ! Food standard is consistent with the other outlets. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient fast food with 8 choices of add ons and even seasonal menu, that's really smart. Taste good as you may expect from good fried rice with wok hey. The drawback is queuing time and the cost easily reaches 10 dollars per pax with add ons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was horrendous, staff was mostly focused on taking order (physical & online) and cooking and neglected giving out finished order. Waited ovet 30min extra because a staff mistook my number and kept me waiting until I check again 30min later. Staff should be more attentive for app purchases as it's not seen on the order counter and fully depend on staff to give them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Bought one packet of fried rice at 730pm, Q number 11. Stated there 20-30mins wait. At 750pm, Q number 9 appeared on screen for collection. At 8pm, Q number 12 appeared, i was stunned and ask what happened to my order. Staff panicked and look around and saw my order on the table and said no wrong 20-30mins wait. HELLO! My order was lying on the table for 10mins. If at 8pm, screen show Q number 11, I would be fine to just take and go. So if I didn't ask, its gonna lie down there forever?

I have eaten Wok Hey fr the moment they start like 2 years back I guess where options were limited but now, their options are definitely vast. More add on for customer for better customisation of meal especially for some like me whom love loads of veggies in my food. So definitely amazing.
