★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad attitude and rude staff, the thin and tall Malay guy name Hady (managed to get his name from another more friendly Chinese auntie). Want to praise the Chinese auntie as she is quite apologetic when she know why I ask for the guy's name and she wished me happy new year. Food standard drop, the chicken wing, fish otah and ikan bilis all very dry and hard. Most likely will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered curry chicken nasi lemak from them. The whole chicken was sour, along with the sauce and everything the sauce touched was sour. Tried contacting crave about this but their listed phone line was not contactable. Not to mention that my add on fish otak was not included when it got delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried 2 stores @AMK Hub & @Tiong Bahru Mall Feb/Mar 2022. Both leave room for improvement & on consistency of serving. I ordered Crave Royale both times for takeaway but get different ingredients. @AMK Hub no egg! @Tiong Bahru rice undercooked & very small portion. Chicken wing & bergedel not as good @AMK. Fish fillet breaded & chili-ikan bilis only things similar. Overall - over-rated!!! There are better nasi lemak stores serving honest & consistent quality for lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Royale at 2.99 at KaiKai app. Thin Malay guy was not overwhelmed despite long q , and was q scared since a lot of one star reviews. All the food was delicious except the chicken which was dry yet crispy. However, not worth $8.50 original prize but the staff was good at handling !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Nasi lemak Royale set $9.50 via app delivery platform. The nasi lemak taste was quite average, chilli sauce slightly sweet with some citrus aftertaste. The chicken wing was crispy but the fish fillet abit hard. I like the basmati rice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st & last time having this Crave Nasi Lemak just like most of my colleagues have commented. Bought this take away meal via the Fave evoucher with almost 50% discount. If not, costs $7.80 for the curry chicken nasi lemak. The packing looks presentable but not able to cover the food when brought home. The rice is long grain different from other nasi lemak sold elsewhere. The rice is not even 1 full bowl. Looks pathetic for those with big tummy to fill. The rest of the ingredients including the drumstick, nothing special. The chilli seems to be salty. Not worth even @ $5 & above for each alacarte menu it has. Overall, try once & forget it.
