Medela Service Centre - 81 Toh Guan Rd E

Bought the medela double pump from jne baby and mothercare at a Singapore baby fair. When I first use during the first month giving birth, one side of the pump is already not sucking well, the parts connected somehow dont seal well, I bought a hakka to manage it as the other side was working well. Was too busy taking care of my LO, n when I feedback to JnE they just asked me to buy a new one n change since every 3-4months you need to change. It was a super unpleasant breast feeding journey with this company n Medela. Would not be recommending the pumps to any of my mummy friends since NEW purchased product is already faulty furthermore I have later learned many mothers face the same issue.

Very well equipped place. Get my pumps issue solved instantly. Had been using the pumps very years and is still in gd condition just that battery wear n tear. ?

Excellent Service! Customer service staff, Janet, was very prompt in replies and I was able to make an appointment very easily. Went down to the service centre to service my medela pump (within warrantee period) and they swiftly gave me a replacement pump. Everything was prepared by the time I went down. The whole process was so smooth, fuss free and very fast! I’m extremely impressed with the service there!

Customer service from Janet is 5-stars with no doubt. She’s very prompt in reply and arranged the walk-in appointment immediately which allowed us to exchange the faulty machine very quickly and smoothly without affecting the next pumping session! Excellent services!

My medela freestyle pump suddenly not working, when I called to the centre their customer service was busy and Janet (Customer Service Officer) immediately message me via WhatsApp and arrange for an exchange on the same day. Kudos to Janet for being so responsive and helpful.

I was really disappointed as my recently purchased Medela freestyle pump was not working at all. I had asked for a replacement and was really concerned I had to take the time and effort to go all the way to the west o have this serviced. When I arrived, Janet really took care of my needs to ensure a prompt replacement pump was ready. What a huge difference as my pump apparently died even though it was making the pumping sounds. This 5 stars goes to Janet for the awesome customer service - she really is awesome. Product-wise, I hope that Medela fixes quality control as customers like me shouldn't have to have this issue to begin with. Also, as the pump is within warranty, I would expect free of charge delivery replacement or at least a reimbursement of transport costs with receipts, given this is still within warranty and should have never happened to begin with. Super star Janet was there to make the experience more bearable though. Thanks, Janet!

I had the best experience with Janet from the service centre who went out of her way to help me . Overnight my freestyle flex pump was malfunctioning and didn’t work in the middle of the pumping session. It was utterly stressful to have this happened as my milk supply was disrupted and I have to rely back on exclusive breastfeeding in the interim without bottle feeding . Janet immediately understood my issue and arranged for the replacement of the electric pump asap. It was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend medela pump to any new mums to be ! Excellent client service after too!
