★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car seat in for wash and opted for Ultimate service. The sweat and other stains on my car seat were gone! The car seat look as good as a brand new one. So impressed! Will return again for wash! ?? ?? ?? CSO Amy was also friendly with prompt response on whatsapp. Keep up the goodwork! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially i thought they only do stroller as per their name suggested. i messaged them via instagram and got to know they clean other items including playpen. As we have earlier engaged a vendor to deep clease our used playpen, it was still dirty and decided to send for washing. We are impressed that they do deliver back the items to our home at no cost if we drop them at their shop. Our playpen is so clean and smell good. I like the fact they wrapped up and sent over. A message was sent to me after i sent it to wash and after it was delivered. Good work plus good customer service.

No hiccups/issues for both - very easy, straightforward & the staff are all super efficient. Love the end result of the wash - really clean, feels & looks new! ?
& they will follow up with us in a few mths to see if we need to go for another wash which is a great extra service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opted for the 2 way transport, Pramwash was so efficient and professional. Upon delivery, my pram and carseat were nicely wrapped. Upon opening, the seat smells so fresh as if brand new, and looks so clean. Really satisfied with the service provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my BabyZen Yo-yo+ to be washed. The ordering process is super simple, I love that they can collect and return the pram so I don’t have to travel with it to get washed. Both collection and return were right at the start of the delivery window timing too.
I appreciated the return of the pram in pretty much as new condition! It smelled fresh, the fabric parts were shiny again and CRUMB FREE! And the wheels, my goodness they are so very clean too!
I have a 3rd party (non BabyZen yo-yo brand) canopy and cushion on the pram which they still washed and they turned out shiny and new too.
Thank you for the wonderful job you did on my pram!
