โ โ โ โ โ I just called up to make an enquiry and the staff that picks up the phone is so polite!! And despite tat they are closing in 45mins, she didnt refuse patients and she even answered all mu questions with regards to the chas payment subsidies. Now my uncle is going down to the clinic and i hope the service as perfect as the staff that answered my call. I already like the service by the counter staff that attend the call.. i hope its a good and satisfying experience that is offered to my sick uncle. Kudos MEDI CLINIC!!!??
