★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, first experience in Singapore visiting a medical clinic to get a prescription filled and it was the most pleasant experience. The front office was absolutely welcoming and friendly. Beyond that the Doc was kind, genuinely engaged and all around a great guy. If you're a tourist or expat and have any medical needs, I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough! Nurse Alice & team are knowledgeable, highly competent & efficient - everything runs smoothly for me here with their support. Dr Karen Kwok treats you like an old friend, even from your first visit. I value her professional advice, how generous she is w/ her time & how comfortable she makes me feel. Appointments are punctual; location is convenient (Raffles MRT Exit I) & environment very welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the doctor and was a little embarrassed by the location of the disease, so I assigned a same-gender doctor to assist me, but once it was completed, the nurse in charge of dispensing the medication was quite loudly chatting over there. Could I possibly have some respect as a patient? Nobody wants to be ill; so, why should they be mocked? I am not writing this against the doctor,, but is the assistant capable of basic professionalism?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I have been pleasantly surprised on a clinic visit!!! The nurses were so kind and understanding as I went in without an appointment and it was my first time too. Even though the clinic was almost closing the nurses did not rush me at all. Dr. Kwok was also so kind and patient with me. He empathized with how I was feeling and made me feel so well taken care of. Would definitely come back here! Thank you Dr. Kwok and team.
