Mediway clinic's service are very good. All staffs are so polite and helpful. I am totally satisfied with Mediway even-though what seemed a very busy day for clinic on Monday.Keep it up!

Had a appointment for 10am still had to wait till 1pm to get everything done. 1. They don’t have printing services and email doesn’t mention to bring any printed documents. 2. Even when the patients are waiting the doctor goes out and no one to provide information when he will be back. 3. Its a very cluttered area with too many people waiting. Not enough place to sit asked to wait outside with no air circulation (if you go away from the clinic you have no way to know that its your turn) 4. No proper queueing/waiting system. They just randomly call or move people between stations. If you paper is placed on top then suddenly become 1st one in the queue. I would not recommend this to anyone.

good service and glad that Mediway are providing the express medical check-up service, so that I can skip the super long queue, everything done within 1hr, staff is super friendly and really helpful, plus Steven is really responsible, he knew I'm pretty urgent, so that he send me the report by the same day, even after his working hour. highly recommended

Original: The patients' experience is one of the integral components of quality health care. But this clinic is the worst medical service I received by far in Singapore. I went for my employment medical exam coz I see many good reviews. Too my surprise, my experience will tell you otherwise. Yes they are fast but their customer service is a failure. I witnessed and experienced how poorly they conduct physical exam and blood extraction. They are unprofessional, unfriendly, and truly rude towards foreign patients like me (and maybe locals alike, who knows). If all staff are projecting negative behavior, this could reflect how management poorly treats them as well. May they improve overall in the next months to come. Updated: After my 1/5 review, Kevin (relations officer I reckon) and Mr. Kwong (Director) reached out to me. The director is polite and apologetic and offered a refund. I appreciated the gesture and the commitment to maintain a good customer-relationship. Highlighting the 2 staff whom I am most disappointed about, he promised to take necessary action. All other clinic staff are professional. With all these being considered -- updating my review to 3/5 especially after seeing how the management turned this opportunity as a challenge to improve their service. Looking forward to a better customer-service experience next time!

0 social distancing. A Rude staff shouting here and there. Ppl holding disposable plastic cup with urine without cover walking around.I never see ppl doing urine test like this. If u are OCD person pls don't choose this place.

First of all I never been there to do any medical check up,but I was deeply appreciate and this is my first time see the management reply all the complaints and reviews in good manners. Such a responsibility good person,not everyone have this kind of patience to reply all the reviews especially some of those reviews was took advantage. I decided to go there do my PR medical checkup this 30/6/22. Will feed back again after my visit on it. Update my review: 28/6/22 I went to do my PR formalities medical checkup,I paid in advance appointment. Staffs here are very helpful,I finished my check up just within 15 minutes. So efficient and very happy to this center. Strongly recommend ???. 99% satisfied 1% because this center no parking for motorcycle.

Great personalised service. On arrival we were taken aback by the large crowd when the lift doors opened. We went straight to the reception and it takes only a few minutes before being attended by a friendly receptionist who guided us through the paper work. Even with the large crowd, we were called in after only a short wait and were processed within minutes. The staff were professional but friendly. We opted for delivery of the report for a small fee rather then fighting the hassle of traffic. You are informed via sms every step of the report delivery and it arrived on time as promised the following day. The Mediway center is located in Peace Center on level 4. You'll need to walk over to the main lobby on Selegie Road (in front is a bus stop) from Sophia Road as most taxis might drop you at the wrong side of the Peace Center building. We went to the wrong side of Peace Center building on arrival and asked the shop selling fruits downstairs for direction. Just head to: 1.300921,103.849876. (copy and paste location to google maps.) It'll take you directly to the main lobby.
