★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot stand this clinic. They cut my queue and attend salesman and it made me to wait more than 1hour. Waste of my time. Old lady doctor was talk to the salesman more than 30 mins and she doesn’t sanitize her hands before touch my kid. I couldn’t stand this doctor. Wait fore more than 1hour and 5 mins consultation for my kid because many other patients were waiting during doctor’s salesman session. Worst clinic experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible waiting time, 1hr 30min just for a consultation. Prioritized their ”regulars” and gave them earlier Q number. (Imagine people coming after you going in first)
Female doctor didn't seem concerned for her patient who was my wife, In fact my wife eyes hurt even more after consultation after her hurting eyes were pressed by the doctor. Consultation fee would also vary like $25-30. (We observed all their other patients while waiting for for over an hour) This isn’t a hospital, Why should you have such a policy saying Q number might not be called in sequence? Weird right? The receipt wasn’t offered too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is ok but a young male doctor was behaving cheeky. My friend, a girl was having diarrhea and he checked her stomach with bare hands while checking up. Shouldn’t it be done by a female nurse or asking permissions first before proceed? This is shameless, all the ladies please protect yourself in order to prevent any unnecessary scenario.

You're a doctor, not a cop! Do ur own job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited the clinic for medical services (not aesthetics). The doctor was very thorough, asking specific questions and very professional. Price was very acceptable like a normal clinic in heartland area also. I just moved to this area and will be using this clinic as my regular doctor in the future.
The front desk was also very polite and helpful.
Great first time experience.
