β β β β β This clinic should not have such a low rating. Dr Joel Foo is a good doctor. Sometimes doctor has to make house calls before arriving at the clinic. He is also running the clinic at very convenient hours for patients. If he is not on duty, a locum standin and some locum can be not up to expectation. So the earlier opening hour allows one to call-in to check if Dr Foo is in. And it is always better to be early waiting for doctor to ensure a consult slot. Indeed some who do the covid swabs can be inconsiderate, not only at this clinic, just need to tell them.

β β β β β Brought my Mother for her Booster Jab, she was attended by Dr Joel Foo. We had such a bad experience, he injected my mother so hard and fast, it was so hard that my mom felt a shooting pain. I was shocked as it all happen infront of me, i asked Dr Joel on why did he do it such way he's reply was "thats the way we do it". He has no respect for the elderly, I would never recommend this Doctor. This will be my 1st & last visit.

β β β β β WORST SWAB EXPERIENCE GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Self tested positive 3 times with different kit brands before going down. Dr Foo only inserted the swab for 0.5 sec and went in so hard that I felt like he punctured something. End up he say result is negative and dont recommend PCR test. Unbelievable. Thought maybe I recovered in 1 day but next day self test positive again smh

β β β β β I had my vaccination booster done here on Tuesday and it was a breeze. I walked in, registered and within a few minutes I was in to see the doctor. I did not get his name but it was the fastest injection I have probably ever had. The needle was out barely before I even registered it was in! Swift, smooth and no fuss at all. I waited for the observation period and was then cheerfully told by the counter staff to collect my vaccination certificate before going. Definitely glad I came to get my booster here.

β β β β β 1) Opening hours may state open from 6.30pm but this means that the clinic is open for REGISTRATION only. The doctor is in only an hour later. Strongly urge patients to call before heading down.
2) However, even if you called and confirmed that the doctor is in, it may not be the case when you arrive i.e. doctor may step out on a whim for a hour or so. There is no sure way of not wasting your time.
Punctuality and respect for others' time are basic work ethics expected in every profession. Respectfully, while Dr Foo is generally a friendly chap, there is much to improve on the punctuality aspect. It is also fairly disappointing to be retorted that he is "not the only doctor around here. Can go to other clinics" when feedback has been raised. He is right - save yourself the frustration and visit other clinics instead.

β β β β β Took my dad for covid 19 booster vaccination. From registration to vaccination all done in 15 mins. Clinic staff very knowledgable and very streamlined process. Doctor very kind and he walk out to do the vaccination for my dad as my dad not able to walk far. Kudos to the thoughtful doctor. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Booked my appointment for booster shot at 11.30am. Came earlier at 11.20am, waited until 11.42am and still not my turn yet.
Receptionist asked me to sit in front of the seats near them. 6 positive persons came in to report within minutes. They do not regulate properly. Such as tested positive person should be sit outside before entering the clinic. Yet allowing positive person to be in the clinic indirectly contacting negative person.
When asking when is my turn, I was advised you may cancel the appointment. She is unable to give me a specific waiting time. Then why they open a slot for me to book an appointment at 11.30am when they are unable to fulfill that slot?
I am writing this down to raise my concern and awareness for member of public.
