★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. Had to wait for 3 hours minimum and they didn't give an estimate for the waiting time. They also didn't explain that there's an express pass until you are waiting for over 1-2 hours. The waiting time means you need to expect half your day gone from this. Safety first but give people a realistic timeline or heads-up and should arrange your volume to not affect customer experience.
