I contacted them on WhatsApp for reducing the size of my wedding band because the original vendor wouldn't do it.
Meiya Jewellery have been clear and upfront about the service they could perform, the cost, and turnaround time. They were also careful to clarify any important information with me. I then went to their little store and the ring was resized within a couple of hours. The semicircular inscription on the inside were preserved and there was no visible or tangible seam at all. The fee charged was quite reasonable. Highly recommended for ring resizing.

Also brought a antique ring with the intention to polish the gem on it however did not proceed after listening to the craftsman’s honest appraisal. Appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I received at Meiya Jewelry. I recently visited on 2 occasions, once to have my rings polished and second time to have my rings resized. It’s been a while since my engagement ring was last polished and I was amazed at the result! It was sparkling clean, as if it was brand new. The staff are extremely professional, pricing is very reasonable and service is speedy. I will definitely be going back for any jewelers related services I need in the future. Highly recommended for the expat community that’s looking for a reliable jeweler as well.

I came to this shop after asking other jewellery shops if they can alter my long gold vermeil earrings to a pair of studs and a pendant. Meiya was the only one who agreed to do it at such a reasonable cost! Melvin was very accommodating and prompt with my questions. The service was well done, and my gold vermeil was nicely touched up so it doesn't look like silver. I have to say that even their 18K carat necklace chain is also reasonably priced. I've looked around other shops and truly theirs was the best I could find in terms of quality and price.
Will highly recommend if you want to bespoke, alter and buy any jewelleries here!

I needed to shorten my jewellery. Unlike other shops that I contacted, Meiya Jewellery could quote me right after a phone call/whatsapp message.
Melvin (store owner) was helpful to assist me when I was lost trying to find the shop. He was patient and able to advise the best size that I want. I’m super happy with the results.
Plus, I had a good chat with Melvin about lab diamond which I am planning to purchase in the near future. His honest opinion and kind gesture showing me a real lab diamond really made me excited. He then follow up with me on chat about pricing on diamond carat that I requested.
I highly recommend Meiya to my friends and to all of you who are reading this review. Meiya will sure be on the top of my list when I am ready to purchase a new diamond ring. ☺️
