I went to Rachel to remount the diamond from my poorly set engagement ring. She was very friendly and professional throughout, patiently listening to all my requirements and gave suggestions on areas where the design could be improved. I collected the new ring 2 days ago and I could not be happier - craftsmanship is excellent and truly brings out the shine in the diamond!

Very good experience creating my bespoke pieces with Rachel ♥ started out with a custom gradient sapphire tennis bracelet, and had to make another piece of earrings cos the quality is so good! Rachel is also very friendly and knowledgeable, and she has a good eye for design! So dangerous to go to her shop as I am always intrigued to buy more.. Hahaha. My wife (girlfriend then) wanted an amethyst engagement ring. There were no good options on the market, so I approached Rachel at the recommendation of a friend. Rachel was very friendly, approachable from the outset. She is really knowledgeable and passionate about her trade and craft, and took the time to explain and educate me about different types of gems. I did not have a design for the ring in mind when I first approached her, but she took the time to ask some questions about my girlfriend and the type of jewelry that she typically wears and came up with a design that was both simple and elegant. My girlfriend (and now wife) really loved the ring when I used it to propose to her. In fact, we were so pleased with how the engagement ring turned out, we went back to Rachel to make our wedding bands as well. One minor regret I had was that when I commissioned the engagement ring, wedding bands slipped my mind. Even then, Rachel managed to help me subsequently with a wedding band design, such that my wife could wear her wedding band together with the engagement ring, and they are both pieces that are nice enough to be worn on their own, and yet could be worn together as a special and unique set. Some interesting things to note: - Rachel's artistic talent is top notch. Her rings are works of art. - Rachel will take the time to do up renderings of her designs, so you can really have a good idea of what you will be getting in the end, and request for adjustments if necessary. - And one more point - she doesn't recycle her designs, so every piece is unique and one of its kind. - Her service is really top notch and she really knows her trade. As a guy I m really not into jewelry, but I know for sure I will go back for other items in future. - Do approach her early if you want something make before hot dates (like Xmas or V day) though, as she will often be occupied with new requests. I would most certainly recommend Rachel to anyone who is seeking to custom make their jewelry, and especially couples looking to custom make their engagement rings and wedding bands.

My experience with Rachel was amazing from the start to the end. (Even though it was my fiancé who collected the engagement ring, he was full of praises for her too) Initially I had in mind a simple oval cut diamond with a thin gold band and went to many different jewellers to try on the cuts but did not manage to find a ring that I could connect to. Rachel was my third attempt to create my engagement ring and she had many different templates to match the gems to. On that day, I managed to find the engagement ring of my dreams (even though it wasn’t even what I initially wanted haha, I got a Padparadscha Sapphire gem on a rose gold rope band) and even got a wedding band to match. She was patient, funny and authentic throughout the session and i would definitely recommend Rachel if you are looking for an engagement ring with a wedding band.
