★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy after-sale service, unresponsive after signing, poor workmanship. Delay in handling over but did not pre-empt and later brushed off as miscommunication. Had them help installed some pull-out racks for bottom cabinet and one of them have fallen off which they had rectified after much urging. Subsequently, another pull-down rack from the top cabinet is also spoiled. We tried to contact them but to no avail, they just avoided our calls and did not reply to our messages. We had to get a different contractor up to check and only to found out that the issue happened because MEPO 3 did not install the bottom (shelf) of the cabinet (which is also part of the cabinet's body) so there's nothing to hold the weight of the pull down rack which resulted the spoilage. It didn't come to our mind that a bottom shelf is required so we did not question them back then... Now, can anyone imagine if the rack has fallen onto any one of us?
