★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online booking system for empty box delivery and box pick up is convenient. They also wrap the box with clear film to protect in from water damage. However, their package tracking page is not up to date; you have to call them to get the latest update on your shipment. Also, their customer service team is unable to handle the number of calls during peak periods (Christmas and New Year). When you finally manage to get a hold of their staff, the shipping updates that they give is unclear and inconsistent.
If you are sending your balikbayan box to Mindanao, I'd recommend that you use another courier company. This company took more than two months to deliver the box bound for Davao. It would have been further delayed hadn't I persistently followed up and e-mailed Metrobox for updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice to send box but had no problem with the delivery.
Only this bald man on the metrobox office is the problem. He got an attitude. A very unpleasant attitude. Hope this improves.
I just wanted to inquire regarding the price but he told me to just sit down and entertained the customer behind me who just got there!
What was that, man?
Don't drag your company into poor feedbacks and dissatisfaction. Bless you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only problem in the office is you have to call for how many times before they will answer. But they are accomadating.
In collecting the box, you have to Wait for the whole day before they will collect. Please make an appointment time for your customer. I waste my time waiting for your collection and luckily I call office in the afternoon and no pick up on that day. If i didn't call you i have to wait until the night.
Please improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very dissappointed as i wait for the whole day..work from night shift monitpring the box delivery..give me specific time after calling to follow but un430 no show...then when im aboit to leave the house the 2 box of my housemates they collected as im wIting for their call...the coordinator keep on promising to call me back but never did...after 11 urs yrs loual customer...very very very dissapointed...--- 99percent rate down?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my 2nd time to send a balikbayan box through this cargo service and 1st time was few years ago. The service is consistent I was thinking that i has improve but still the same. Poor customer service and the least efficient cargo service in Singapore. Kababayans pinka mabilis pa din Afreight and LBC. Don't make the same mistake. Ang hirap twagan and rude sumagot employees sa sms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care ever. You could barely contact them they won't answer your calls. Worst part is that you have to wait whole day for them to pick up your box and they won't even show up! I will never buy from them again.
